Description: Yellow oil; distinctive flavor of fried shallot; strong, true, rich and long-lasting
Application and dosage: Widely used in sauce seasoning sachet of instant noodles, meat products, bakery  
1) Sauce seasoning sachet of instant noodles: 0.2-0.5%
2) Meat products: high/low temperature sausages: 0.1-0.2%
Usage: Added directly or added after well mixing with other materials.
